Growing old is a life cycle, Blood pressure Diabities, Cataract are age friendly diseases. Few serious diseases like cancer, paralysis, neurogical disorders, cardiac diseases are always in queue danger.

Migration of the younger generation in search of better future has changed the basics of the Indian society.

Ageing parents left alone at home need health care. Living far away children are always apprenhensive about their parents health back home. Sankalp has initiated the GERIATRIC CARE PROJECT for such parents in Bhilai, Durg area .

PROJECT GERIATRIC CARE

This is a "NO PROFIT NO LOSS CONCEPT" with no legal bindings.

	Registration of a person will be done for 1 year
	Registration Fee Rs. 500
	Initially only 25 persons will be registerted.Extension of registrations will depend on the response of the project.
	Registration can be done online either by parents or by their children.
	Bhilai Nursing home is SANKALP'S authorized nursing home for project Geriatric health care.

PROJECT DETAILS

Regular basic primary health checkups of registered persons will be done in the OPD of BHILAI NURSING HOME, between 11.30am to 1.30pm, sunday closed.

If patients are not fit to attend OPD or in an emergency, vehicle can be arranged on payment, to bring them to hospital.

On Special request a doctor of the nursing home can attend to patients their residences.

If a problem is detected in primary health checkup, consultation will be available from specialists available in the Nursing home.
